Located at the West Gate of Yellowstone National Park, the Three Bear Lodge is the ideal location for meetings and events for groups up to 40. With 70 guest rooms and one conference room, Three Bear Lodge can now meet all of your group needs from small meetings to full conferences.
Our conference venue is also ideal for your off-site meetings, corporate retreats, trainings and lectures.

Our meeting space has complimentary high-speed wifi, high-quality audio visual equipment, and we can custom-configure the seating arranged based on your requirements. The conference room is easily accessed by our parking lot, which features plenty of parking, and we have drive-up access for easy loading and unloading or materials if necessary.

Room capacities
The conference room is spacious and provide plenty of room for AV, presenter tables, water stations, and beverage services where applicable. Room rental fee is $150; may be reduced based upon the group room block.
