Located at the West Gate of Yellowstone National Park, the Three Bear Lodge is the ideal location for meetings and events for groups up to 40. With 70 guest rooms and two conference rooms, Three Bear Lodge can now meet all of your group needs from small meetings to full conferences. With food from our famous restaurant catered to your function, your guests will never want to leave!
Our conference venues are also ideal for your off-site meetings, corporate retreats, trainings and lectures.
Amenities
Each of our meeting spaces have complimentary high-speed wifi, high-quality audio visual equipment, and we can custom-configure the seating arranged based on your requirements. Our conference service professionals will remain on-hand throughout your event to support and assist whenever necessary. All conference rooms are easily accessed by our parking lot, which features plenty of parking, and we have drive-up access for easy loading and unloading or materials if necessary.

Room capacities
The conference rooms are spacious and provide plenty of room for AV, presenter tables, water stations, and beverage services where applicable. Room rental fee is $150; may be reduced based upon the group room block. Other breakout meeting rooms are available upon request.
